We provide our prospects with a process to evaluate our solution that does not require a significant investment in deployment and training. Our subject matter experts accompany our clients throughout the project to provide a comprehensive report at the end of the evaluation. The report includes analytical results based on real data, user feedback and in-depth analysis, as well as an identification of requirements for large-scale deployment.
Why is the realization of a POC important for the client?
Because it allows:
- validate the achievement of concrete objectives established at the start-up,
- demonstrate the added value of integrating the Semios solution into the company’s processes/methods of drafting technical documents, whether established or under development,
- validate the technical prerequisites for a full-scale deployment in its organisation,
- Identify key success factors to promote and adopt best writing practices in their organization
Can you give examples of results achieved during POCs?
Yes, in all cases the client was first able to quantify and illustrate the non-quality issues in its specification documents.
Another example is the measurement of the time saved by implementing Semios with editors and proofreaders, by speeding up the writing process: first by writing higher quality documents and then by reducing the number of trips back and forth.
A third example is that the POC has made it possible to validate that Semios accelerates the standardization of good editorial practices among the different actors (writers and reviewers), and beyond that, among the different teams located on different sites.
A final example is the identification of actions to be implemented in its internal process and practices to increase the quality and clarity of its requirements.
These results are fairly universal and have been observed today in companies in the space, defence and rail sectors alike.
